Here are some of the things that we do

Rallies

Each summer we arrange well attended weekend rallies in or around the Solent and one or two longer holidays (in the Summer of 1999 we went cruising to Devon for the eclipse, with numerous rallies around the Solent).

Meetings

On the first Friday evening of each even month (August excepted) we meet at the Festival Hall, Sholing, Southampton. Mostly we sit, talk, drink (there's a cheap bar) and nibble. Members are quite often badgered for items which can be included in our Newsletter ribs & trucks.

The committee also meet then, members are welcome.

Non sailing events

In addition to the sailing events, for non sailors, activities not involving boats are also arranged. In the last year there have been will attended Quiz Nights, our 10th anniversary picnic, walks and our annual Christmas Meal.

Magazine

ribs & trucks Members receive a magazine called ribs & trucks. Each issue usually features rally reports,committee reports and fun/quiz page amongst other topics...
